    • Personal User (PU): An individual using Errandigo for personal errands.
    • Errandian: An independent delivery partner assigned to fulfil a request.
    • Timi: Errandigo’s AI assistant that captures orders on WhatsApp via chat or voice(English, Pidgin, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa).
    • Services: Courier and delivery services within Lagos, Nigeria.
    • Personal Data: Any information that identifies or relates to you (e.g., name, phone number, address, ID details).

  2. Scope of this Policy

    This Policy applies to:

    • Business Users (BUs).
    • Personal Users (PUs).
    • Website visitors.
    • Anyone who communicates with Errandigo via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

  3. Notification of Changes

    • This Policy is reviewed annually and whenever laws, technology, or services change.
    • Updates will be published on www.errandigo.com with a revised “Last Updated” date.
    • Where material changes occur, we will notify Users through reasonable means (e.g., WhatsApp message or site notice).
    • No cash deliveries: Errandigo does not collect, transport, or deliver cash, cheques, money orders or similar negotiable instruments.

    Business Users (BUs)

    • CAC details (optional, verified if provided).
    • NIN (where required).

    Personal Users (PUs)

    • Full name and phone number.

    • Residential address.
    • NIN (where required).

    Automatically Collected (All Users)

    • WhatsApp chats & voice notes with Timi.

    • Delivery details: pickup/drop-off addresses, package type, timestamps, digital handover codes.
    • Website usage data: cookies, IP address, browser/device info.

    • Directly from you: via WhatsApp, calls, emails, or forms.
    • Automatically: through delivery records, device/browser logs, cookies.

    • WhatsApp chats and voice notes with Timi are processed to fulfil orders, verify instructions, and improve quality.
    • Where Errandigo facilitates in-app or voice communications, related records may be retained for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or service improvement.

    Errandigo may occasionally request your feedback through surveys. If you choose to participate, we may collect demographic information (age, gender, profession, etc.) for service improvement.
